\nListen for main ideas, listen for details, listen for keywords were a few of the ideas. A few ideas were quite thought provoking:
\n- if there is a list, try to record every item in the list
\n-once the listening is complete, immediately reflect on what you just heard. Attempt to re-construct the message in your own words.
\n-in a similar fashion - reiterate the message in your head.
